Egg Freezing Possibility Plan for Self-Pay Patients

For patients who do not have insurance or have insurance but lack coverage for egg freezing services and are concerned about the cost, The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services has self-pay options to consider which will provide increased savings to self-pay patients based upon economic need.

We offer the following programs priced as a package of services, or Case Rates, so you know what to expect financially before you begin your egg freezing plan.

All participants in any Possibility Plan must sign a Case Rate Waiver. All bloodwork must be drawn in Farmington, Hartford or Branford offices.
