Fertility Community Acupuncture led by Helen BetGivargis
Tuesday, April 23, 6:30-8:30 PM
This event is now full
This is a unique set up where you are treated in a community setting. The intention is to support you in a balancing treatment that can (or may) optimize your fertility outcome. You are individually treated in this shared state and this healing atmosphere is created by everyone who is getting treated as much as by the practitioner. Points on scalp, ear and below elbow and knees may be used to treat the whole body. In this particular workshop, the acupuncturist will be guiding you through a fertility meditation with the sound of soothing Tibetan Bowls and music, as you are relaxing in your treatment. You have a choice of sitting on a chair or laying on a yoga mat. This is a good opportunity to stop and relax in an acupuncture group healing that its main focus is enhancing Fertility.
Please come in loose comfortable clothing, so you can easily be treated. Make sure you are well hydrated and are not too hungry or full. Feel free to bring a pillow and a small blanket if you would like more comforting support.
