When you’re going through fertility treatments, you visit your fertility specialists often. That’s why our fertility doctors work in convenient offices throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.
Get State-of-the-Art Fertility Treatment Close to Home
We offer advanced reproductive services at a growing number of locations, so you can find treatments from fertility counseling to IVF procedures close to home.
Our fertility clinics in the Hartford Area include offices in Hartford and Farmington. Near New Haven, we have a fertility clinic in Branford. We also have fertility specialists in New London. Also opening this year is an office serving the greater Springfield, MA area.
From the Connecticut Shoreline to New Haven, Waterbury to the Berkshires, the “quiet corner” to the Litchfield Hills, our goal is to offer the latest infertility treatments to patients as conveniently as possible.
All fertility treatments involving surgical and hospital procedures are performed at The Farmington Surgery Center or John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington, or at Hartford Hospital, just blocks away from our Hartford fertility center.

Our state-of-the-art fertility office in Farmington was designed for patient comfort and convenience. Located near I-84, Rt. 9 and Farmington Avenue, there is free parking for almost 100 cars.
The Farmington office is open 363 days per year (closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). The Center features LifeAire, the innovative air purification technology that has demonstrated dramatic increases in clinical pregnancies through in vitro fertilization.

In order to best serve patients both in and outside of the state, this location offers many of the same infertility services as our main office in Farmington including easily accessible, private parking, private waiting areas, and comfortable, patient-friendly rooms.
In our Hartford office, our services include:

Since fertility treatments often require many visits, we’ve centrally located our New London office convenient from both I-95 and Rt. 1. With this office, couples from Eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island can now receive much of their care closer to their home or work. Dr. Lawrence Engmann and Dr. Andrea DiLuigi see patients at this location.
In our New London office, services include:
- Office visits for initial infertility consults, IVF consults, follow-ups, pre- and post-operative visit
- IVF cycle monitoring (blood & ultrasound), trial transfers, and pregnancy ultrasounds
- Diagnostic testing including sonohysterograms and endometrial biopsies
